Foreign Trade Sales

Responsibilities:
Explore new customers or market development opportunity through market research
Work with sales team and technical team to meet the requirements from customers
Analysis the competition of forging industry in China
Support sales manager to build up and execute the growth plan

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in English, sales, marketing, International trade or machining discipline
Strong knowledge and ability to apply professional marketing techniques
Be familiar with forging industry, effective interpersonal and communication skills
Good communication in English and Mandarin, including writing, speaking & delivering training
Self-starter, able to work independently or within a team

3+ experience in export foreign trade, preferable for forging or auto parts industry

 

HR Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop HR principles, approaches and standards to ensure HR function operates in compliance of the corporate HR policies and local legal laws.
Provides advices and appropriate human resources solutions in achievement of business objectives
Provide effective HR service on recruitment, training, HR management programs, as well as administration support
Serve as a consultant to senior management in all human resources and administration matters to achieve company goal
Maintain an updated human resources information system and manage these information and data.
Perceive the training requirements and conduct the appropriate training activities.

Be responsible to provide good daily support on HR/Admin function in Local Office.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder or above in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
5 years experience in HR function with 3 years in Managerial position.
Be familiar with Labor Law and regulation.
Good communication skill and familiar with the forging industry
Mature and flexible personality
