Product design

CHS technical staff can provide the forging product design in accordance with customer's requirements or sample. Our technical teams have more than 20 years working experience in the automotive, agriculture, mining, building, machinery fields. They may meet your different needs in the forged components.

Improvement

For the need of some customers, CHS could improve the manufacturing process according to the case of products. The optimizations of forging process will reduce raw material waste and improve manufacture efficiency. In addition, we also provide advice on material selection to the customers. This will help customers choose the most reasonable material to match the quality requirements of product.

Forging services

CHS provided many series of standard forging parts, we also manufactures the forging components according to clients' requirements and drawings. Our forging services include: open die forging, closed die forging, drop forging and hammer forging. For the forged materials, we could provide steel forgings, alloy forgings, aluminum forgings, brass forgings and other metal forgings.

Value added service

Most of forging products need the machining, painting or the value added service. As an important part of our forging services, we provide the heating treating, machining, cutting, painting and delivery services. We could supply the third party testing report or certificate if the customers have the request for this.
