Forged Gear Components

Forged gear is better than casting gear in the intensity. Under normal circumstances, forged gear components need machining, hard facing or hardening processing to increase the hardness. However, the gear will inevitably have a deformation in the heat treatment. So the forged gear components need the precision grinding or cutting to eliminate the error due to deformation and improve the accuracy of gear.
